Since 2021 the Fellowship Training Committee (FTC) has been holding an annual virtual session focused on the job process and decreasing stress around finding a job. On this page, you will be able to find recordings that help fellows learn about different roles in transplant and ways to optimize the presentation of themselves during the job search. The last Jobs Townhall took place January 2025. 

The FTC created a worksheet designed to help fellows prepare for the Jobs Townhall. This is designed for your own reflection and will not be returned to ASTS or the Fellowship Training Committee (FTC). Please take some time to think about these questions in preparation for the Jobs Townhall and to aid in your search.
